To get the most from wine, whether you are a keen wine lover, joining the trade, work in the hospitality industry or are progressing in your career ... you need to have a grounding in why wines taste how they do, which wine is best suited to any particular occasion and how to evaluate and judge different wines.
We are an Approved Programme Provider for the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) which is the only wine & spirit education organisation approved by the UK government as a national awarding body of vocational qualifications.
Our next Hastings tasting will be on Friday 3rd November at the White Rock Hotel TN34 1JU. It's a 6:30pm start and the cost is just £20. Please let us know if you're coming as numbers are limited! This month's theme will be winter wine.
